You can bill your customers either by email or printing physical bills or a mixture of the two. You can select different billing frequencies for different customers.

Yes we have a discount function allowing you to offer discounted prices for businesses etc compared to your residential customers.

MilkRound has a comprehensive forecast report detailing the number of each product you need for each day. This can be run in advance so you can pre-order stock as required.

Yes. You can set the cut off times at product level. For example, if you order veg boxes 3 days in advance you can ensure that customers can’t order this after your cut off, whilst still being able to change their milk order until the night before.

Yes. Once you’ve set up your Stripe account which is very simple to do your customers can pay their account using a credit or debit card. If they’d prefer to pay you by Direct Debit, they can also set this up through the portal too!

You can set the deadlines for each product. Whatever you want the deadline to be can be selected.

MilkRound has been custom built to be simple and intuitive to use. The majority of customers will easily see what they need to do and how to do it. If they’re struggling you will be able to help them. Our support team are also able to help if this is needed.

Not yet. The customer portal works really well through any web browser on any device. Whether your customer prefers to use a pc, laptop, tablet or mobile phone, the portal automatically resizes and simply works.

Your customers need to know the link, their username and password to be able to log in. They can’t login to anyone else’s account and no-one else can log into their account without the correct credentials.

No. Our secure portal requires a unique username and password to be able to access the account.

Our delivery app works on:

• Android 5.0 and above
• iOS 10.0 and above

You need a signal to initially download the round information. This can be done using wifi before the driver leaves home if required. The app updates in real time when mobile signal is available. If no signal is available, the app stores the delivery information and uploads once signal / wifi is available.

Yes. Before you set off you can update the quantity of each product you actually have on the van. If any customer wants any extras the app will tell you if you have enough stock on board to fulfil that order and still have enough for your other customers.

The delivery app allows you to update the quantity actually delivered in real time. You can either add or reduce the quantity delivered and this will reflect in the bill provided to the customer.

You can also add in additional products via the app if the customer wants something extra for today.

Yes. The app allows you to enter the value of cash that the customer has left out for you.
